APPLICATION

Feed from a random loaded, floor mounted feeder, Constant Velocity Outer Race Blanks. Blanks are elevated out of hopper with cleated belt and discharged hanging by the head in a continuous stream to an escapement device. Escapement releases one part at a time into a 180-degree rotating device to invert blanks with stem up and release them into the discharge unit. Discharge unit will position two (2) Blanks on 18” centers, repeatable to ±1/16” on the vertical and horizontal centerline. Discharge unit can position one Blank at a time on either side or two parts at a time simultaneously. Blanks will be robot loaded into a CNC Turning Center.
