This conveyor brush was specially developed to optimize the transport of small parts such as nuts and bolts through linear and spiral vibrations. Integrate the Mink Slide-Brush as a successful replacement for the Brushlon 321B, which is no longer in production.

Our Mink Slide-Brush for vibratory conveyors offers a wide range of benefits to optimize your conveying processes. As a replacement for the Brushlon 321B, which is no longer produced by 3M, it enables the material to be conveyed evenly in linear and spiral pitch directions, as well as a simple change of direction, thanks to the inclined position of the bristles. Small parts such as screws or nuts are moved into their final position by the vibration via the bristle tips.

Thanks to the usual Mink quality and the high flexibility of the brush body, the Mink Slide-Brush guarantees optimum adaptability in the system. In addition to protecting your system, the soft bristles of this conveyor brush prevent scratches and abrasion on the moved material, thus reducing waste. The flexible backing material and the adaptable bristles make it possible to reduce the noise level by up to 40%. The uniform inclination of the bristles is only produced by Mink Slide-Brush in this way, as it is constant from the bristle base to the tip, thus ensuring enormous stability during the conveying process. Improved conveying performance and up to three times faster speed, thanks to the built-in Mink Slide-Brush, reduces operating costs and increases productivity.
