At Feedall we measure almost everything possible. However, the one metric that is the most important to each of our associates is our safety record. Last year we had 324 days without a lost time incident. Kelly Connolly leads the effort as our Operations Manager and has implemented a process of continuous improvement at Feedall. She tracks the companies performance each day and puts together corrective action plans with any incident. This year she has implemented a new safety training program. Each month the entire company gets together to be trained on a different safety standard. This month was about fire extinguisher training. Way to go Kelly!
